General Definitions

1.1 Nature of Service

1.2 Age Restriction

Account Registration and Management

2.1 One Account Per Person Policy

Each user is allowed to hold only one account at ygn356. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited — whether using the same personal funds from different devices, registering under different names from the same IP address, or doing so to claim bonuses. If ygn356 finds that this policy has been violated, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any remaining balances forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Deposit / Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ygn356 is 5,000 Ks. Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly after completion, though you acknowledge that delays may occur due to network issues.

Attempting to use ygn356 to launder money obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited. If ygn356 has reasonable grounds to believe such activity is taking place, it may report the matter to the relevant authorities, forfeit any remaining balance, and close the account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after being submitted, though you acknowledge that it may take longer for various reasons. ygn356 only transfers funds to the registered personal payment account held in your name; withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.

ygn356 reserves the right to carry out a verification process before approving withdrawals. This process may include identity verification, transaction history review, and checks on the source of funds.

3.3 Unfair Fund Transfers

Withdrawing funds immediately after a deposit without playing any games — in an attempt to use the platform for fund transfers — is prohibited. If ygn356 has reasonable grounds to believe this is occurring, it may decline the withdrawal and place the account under review.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus for your first deposit at ygn356 is a 100% bonus — up to 300,000 Ks. After receiving the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (example — deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → wager requirement: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks). Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

4.2 General Promotion Terms

Each promotion advertised by ygn356 may be claimed once per person. Bonuses and winnings of anyone found to be abusing promotions through unfair means — such as opening duplicate accounts or creating bot accounts — will be forfeited and the account may also be closed.

ygn356 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

4.3 VIP Program

The ygn356 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week

To move up a VIP tier, you must meet the wagering standards set by ygn356, and ygn356 retains full discretion to adjust these at any time. Cashback amounts may change at ygn356's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited at ygn356—

• Registering with false personal information
• Holding or managing funds on behalf of another person
• Creating or assisting in the creation of accounts to abuse promotions
• Playing with automated software (bots), macros, or computer-assisted tools
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ygn356's software, servers, or network
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ygn356 staff or other users
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate results and collect winnings
• Any activity that violates the laws of Myanmar or the country where ygn356 operates

If ygn356 detects any of the above violations, it may immediately suspend the account, forfeit balances, and take legal action.

Casino Game Fairness and RNG Policy

All games on ygn356 are played using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or through Live Casino methods managed by live dealers. ygn356 does not pre-determine or influence game outcomes in any way. Regardless of which game a player chooses, every result is entirely random, and ygn356 makes no guarantee that any player will win.

If a game on ygn356 fails to complete due to technical issues (server disconnection, software error), ygn356 may refund the wagered amount. The decision in such cases is final.

Limitation of Liability

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by You

You may contact ygn356 customer service at any time to request closure of your account. Any remaining balance at the time of the request will be returned to you once account verification is complete.

8.2 Closure by ygn356

ygn356 may temporarily or permanently close an account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons—

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected money laundering
• Failure to provide required information
• Detection of bonus abuse
• Any activity that disrupts ygn356's operations

If ygn356 permanently closes an account, it may forfeit any remaining balance and ygn356 reserves the right to deny any dispute.

Personal Information and Data Protection

ygn356 will handle the personal data you provide in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform is taken as confirmation that you agree to that policy.
